FC HUB and seasonal rewards not being accessible and no rewards being received

Is anyone else having trouble with their EA account? My account isn’t allowing me to access the HUB nor am I allowed to access the season pass. This has happened since thursday and I have played my weekend league (8/15) and received no season pass rewards or SP points and played loads of rivals games. 

after speaking to the EA helpline I also can’t access my FC companion app? Anybody else had these problems?
