Cannot Access Clubs & Season Pass (Account Specific issue) Solution written.
I’m having a serious issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 where I cannot enter the Clubs game mode at all.
Whenever I try to open Clubs, I get:
“Unable to connect to the EA servers.”
Important details:
• Ultimate Team and Online Co-Op work perfectly on my account
• I reinstalled the game
• I’m on a wired Ethernet connection
• Other EA accounts on the SAME console and SAME network can access Clubs with no issues
• My friend on the same ISP can play Clubs
• I cannot even enter the Clubs menu (error appears before the hub loads)
This confirms the issue is NOT my internet, console, or ISP.
It appears to be an account-specific FC26 Clubs profile initialization/desync issue on EA’s servers.
I’ve already contacted EA Help and opened a support case, but I’m posting here because other players seem to be experiencing the same problem.
If anyone else has this issue:
• Can’t open Clubs at all
• Other modes work
• Other accounts work on the same console

Edit: ( For people who have access to their EA accounts, turning of 2FA forces EA to resync your clubs profile, this solution has worked for me)
Yeah, it’s really frustrating; have you tried turning off 2 factor authentication(2FA) for your EA account? If that doesn’t work I suggest you make a support case after the holidays and ask them to escalate it to a clubs specialist since your clubs profile needs to be deleted or recreated.
