When I wanted to open FC 26 i got this message. I bought the game from ENEBA hope thats not the problem. I need answers will I get it back?

Hey Lakivince you will need to speak with the retailer in relation to this.
We cannot help with issues related to games purchased from unauthorised retailers.

Bought the game on Oktober 7th played normally until yesterday about 50 hours and all of a sudden this happens I had also bought FIFA 22 from eneba and I still have it in my library with no issues at all. Everything disappeared now and if I get a refund as you say will I have my team back?
