Game unplayable due to input delay on PC

Ever since the last update, the input delay on the PC has gone beyond control. It is completely random and absolutely ruins the game. I only play career mode, and usually offline, yet randomly the game will not let me shoot, switch players, pass, dribble, or turn, or anything at all. 

And I am absolutely sure this is not a pc issue. My pc has 32 GB RAM, graphics card is 5060, and the OS is Ultra 7. The controller is an Xbox Original, and it was bought new. The pc is also new. Even in previous patches, there was an input delay, but at least you got used to it since it was consistent; now it is completely random. The game is completely unplayable.

Please do not come giving me any solutions, btw. I have already tried all of your dumb solutions on the forum. Nothing worked. I am surprised you even have the gall to say, "Oh, if it is a big issue, surely there will be more posts". My god, dude, take a hint. Not everyone has the time or energy to come and complain to you guys about everything. People will simply stop playing. 

In my 13 years of playing FIFA/EA FC, I have never played a game by this publisher that was this horrible. This is the worst EA football title to ever come out of this company, and that is not hyperbole. I would say you guys should be ashamed of dispatching a game like this, but that would be asking way too much. 

Instead, I blame myself and all of us who still keep buying your stupid title even though we know nothing will change.
