Re: Division rivals ping and matchmaking issue

Hello EA Support,

I am from Turkey and I’ve been experiencing extremely high ping (1200–2000ms) and severe packet loss in FIFA 26 on PC for the past few weeks.
My internet connection is perfect otherwise — I have Superonline Fiber with 50+ Mbps and 0% packet loss to Google (ping around 40ms).
However, when connecting to your FIFA servers, my ping spikes to over 1000ms constantly, making the game unplayable.

I have already tried everything: resetting my modem, changing DNS (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, OpenDNS), disabling IPv6, reinstalling Cloudflare WARP, and even using VPNs and different routes. Nothing helped.

It seems there’s a routing problem between Superonline (Turkey) and your European servers (Frankfurt / Amsterdam).

Could you please forward this case to your network operations team to check the routing path for Turkish players?
Many of us are facing the same problem, and we can’t play due to this high latency.
