Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a persistent issue with my account. For over a month and a half, I have been unable to access Pro Clubs.

I have contacted your support team several times about this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game, and it is unacceptable that only Ultimate Team is functioning correctly. In addition to the Pro Clubs issue, my Season Pass is also not working.

I have already checked my internet connection and it is working perfectly, so the issue is clearly on the account or server side.
