Input delay

I’ve been experiencing severe input delay issues while playing EA Sports FC 26 online on PC. The problem is extremely disruptive:

1- Sometimes the controller doesn’t register inputs at all, or it gets stuck on a direction or button that I’m no longer pressing.

2- When inputs do register, there’s often a 2–3 second delay between pressing a button and seeing it take effect in-game.

3- The controller overlay visibly shows the same delay — button presses appear seconds after I press them in real life.

4- The issue only occurs in online modes. In the main menu or offline gameplay, the controller works perfectly with zero latency.

5- I’m using a wired controller, so this isn’t a Bluetooth or wireless connection issue.

6- My ping is consistently around 11 ms, confirming that this is not related to network lag.

At the moment, online gameplay is completely unplayable because of this. I’ve already tried changing display modes, toggling VSync, capping FPS, and testing different controllers, but the issue persists.
