Re: I haven't received the rewards for last week's squad battles and rivals.

The last two weeks I have not received the appropriate rewards for my squads battles placement. 
On top of this I am still missing rewards from the Asia/Oceania challenges the most disruptive of which is the failure to award Tim Cahill as he is required for subsequent challenges. 

Please resolve asap. Do not tell me to restart the game as this has been done several times since the problem manifest.
