My PC keeps crashing after I'm in the menus for about 2 minutes, this has only happened on FC26 today. My GPU and CPU are working normally when this happens yet it's happened over 10 times, any fix?

This is happening to me too. My PC doesn't do this with any other games that I play, just EA FC. It also did it on EA FC 25. It started happening maybe a month or so ago. The crash I'm experiencing isn't just the game, my entire PC becomes completely unresponsive, meaning I have to do a hard reboot to fix.
do you use the EA app of steam?
I use the EA App for FC 26, but used Steam for FC 25.
same， i use EA APP execute the FC26 directly and the problem is appear, previously i use steam to launch the FC25 is normal.
