Put everything on low and restart FC, worked for me

I understand that a year can make a big difference in requirements, but on steam it says the exact same requirements as FC25, last year on PC, I ran FC25 anywhere from 90 to 120 fps with no issues on low settings, I payed for ultimate edition and EA Play to be able to access the game and now I can't even run the game at 60fps on the lowest settings, game looks like it's in slow motion, my poor graphics card it's at 100% while my processor doesnt even get to 50% usage, I'm sad because I preordered and now it seems as if I won't be able to play at all with my current config.

My PC specs all meet or are well above the requirements for the game to run, but every game i go into i feel like i'm playing on 10 fps and the game is constantly jittering and freezing, i've tried everything and nothing seems to work at all.

Anyone having performance issues with FC 26 on pc? The game is causing my CPU to run at 90+ degrees even though my specs are above what is needed to run the game. This wasn't happening at all on the previous iteration of FC so wondering if there are any settings I can change to help try and reduce it, to note the CPU temperature is even really high when I'm just in the menus. CPU usually runs at about 70-75 degrees on other games. Any help would be appreciated :)

Same issue here, rush is the only smooth mode not even kickoff is playable

It does not work. With my specs I should be able to play on High without absolutely no issues. I was playing EA FC 25 on ultimate without lag or delays. Now even with low and everything turned off or to a minimum, the game is totally unplayable.

Pc is far better than the recommended requirementes  (I5-12450HX+16GB RAM+RTX4050+SSD)

Played FC 25 very smoothly and FC26 was much better 60FPS+ at game lunch 
Now can't even hit 25FPS

yep the same for me CPU go up 99% then make the game crash.... really upset about ea plus 20 ears experience making pc game and they not even capable to make a simple soccer game work on my high end pc..so sad!

Idk why but gameplay goes sooo slow, on practice arena i get smooth gameplay 60 fps, but kick off or any other mode goes on  complete slow mo.

Very frustrating bc like almost all people, i paid ea play pro to play early, just to get dissapointed.

Please fix optimization issues

Im seriously starting to hate this game, even fc25 (the worst ever) was not like this at all & its not a hardware problem its their engine or something 

this is the worst fifa ever its actually unplayable, if i play at 165 fps my controller doesnt work, if i play with low fps the games in slow motion there is no way to play the game, every online match my controller suddently stops working now squad battles doesnt even work

Hi, the same thing is happening to me. I have a Ryzen 7 7700 and an RTX 5080. What I did as a workaround was go to power options, change the advanced power settings -- processor power management and set the maximum processor state to 99%. This causes stuttering for 1 second at the beginning of the game, but in my case, the processor temperature dropped by 30 degrees.

same here , i did even reinstall the nvidia drivers and done bunch of stuff yet same problem , please can someone tell us how to fix or EA give us a solution

Bro, I have a 3050 laptop with 16GB of ram and it doesn't go to Clubs pro and in UT IF I GO EXC WITH 80 to 100FPS, do you guys do you do well?

Not yet :( Been all these days struggling to play a single game and all i could do is play some rush matches. I tried almost every graphic/screen setting combination and all gave me the same output: slow gamplay but smooth menus

We're waiting for a patch from EA to fix this.

I got the same problem and i just bought a brand new high end pc and the game is not playable, Stuttring every second and occasional freezes  so you are not alone. i have tested all you can think about still no fix, This must be a problem on their end.

I have a problem when i enter the Ultimate team,the first game cuts a disaster,then the second normally,then it starts cutting again,and that s since i bought the game and i took the Ultimate edition.For PC,I have good configurations,I can play cool.I hope he will solve that bug he has.
