Re: Entering Clubs issue - “connection to lobby lost” error

i live in the UK, and my friends in Saudi, we used to play pro club since fc24 in both regions ( British and middle east). But aince fc26 started, we couldn’t play together, each time we search in pro club it says: connection lost to lobby. It only works if the club regios is South Africa or America!! Which is extremely high ping!! The issue only happens when I join them, they play together without any issue, the same to me I play other modes with no issue.

i did everything, restore license, delete and download the game, delete games library, change the wifi, still the same issue.

help please
