I have the same issue , looks like EA dosen't give an F as i have this issue for a long time and alot of other players have it but they don't care to fix it !

I am playing EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5 and I am experiencing an issue in Clubs mode.

Every time I try to save my Pro avatar, I get this error:

PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

The problem happens with every change (appearance, accessories, etc.). I cannot save anything at all.

I have already tried:

- Restarting the game

- Restarting my internet connection

- Removing all accessories

- Trying different changes

Nothing works, the error appears every time.

Is this a known issue or something related to my account? Is there any fix?
