I keep on getting kicked from controlling my player clubs matches, then I end up spectating my avatar playing the match as an AI. PLEASE HELP

I got this problem from day1!!! To make it clear i cant play any rivals matches and thats a joke ,other matches like drafts or rush no problems but as soon as i start a rivals no option to controö my players and to make it clear i reported it the first day,no help no refund no answer that shows the way they think about us gamers!!!
Updates keep messing up the game man.not enjoyable at all anymore
Same here, I had an axp booster on too and lost all my progress :(
