Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

Hello EA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PS5. While I can connect to EA servers for other modes (such as Kick-Off, Career, and Ultimate Team), I am unable to connect specifically to the Clubs mode. I receive the following error message: “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
Details:
Platform: PlayStation 5
Error Message: "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Other modes: Functioning properly (Kick-Off, Career, Ultimate Team)
Location: Qatar
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Rebooting the console and router
Clearing the game cache
Changing DNS settings
Testing on a mobile hotspot
Despite these efforts, the problem remains.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue or let me know if there are any known server-side problems affecting Clubs mode in my region?

    Been having the same thing here in the United States, just bought the game last night.

    Just to give a little more context: I don’t pay for PlayStation plus I use my friends account and have it  activated as my primary account. When I went on his account, it allowed me to play enter clubs with no issues, even though the game was purchased on my account (because my account is also activated as primary on my system). I downloaded clubs content and went back to my account and it still didn’t let me in. Safe to say they only allow you to play clubs if you pay for PlayStation plus on your own account, which has never been the case before and I hope is not a permanent thing.

    i have playstation + activated and it is expiring his month, for the FC26 like you said i bought from a different account but i was using to play with a different account. the account the FC26 I bought from is working but my main account has stopped working my player was already level 70 it is very painful to start again.

    Is there any update on this issue as I was sent to rhis forum from EA Support?! This has been ongoing now since January which is ridiculous. They have stated they have been aware of this issue since January and resolving the issue asap which to me over 2 months isnt asap.

    The only way it worked for me is you have to login to your ea account on your laptop or phone and disable the two factor authentication from there and then you restart your app and it should work. Only workaround right now that worked for me so I hope it works for you
