I have not had access and earned any Season pass rewards. This is the second season that I am unable to get the rewards. Please assist and reimburse the forgone rewards

Hi LutendoHD7 & ospreys200, I'm sorry to hear you're affected by this. I've now merged you into the mega thread for this issue. Using the Companion App to access the Season Pass has helped some players, or waiting 30 minutes if playing on multiple console generations. Please see the marked post for more info.
If you have the time, you can also still help with our investigation.It's so irritating I've had the issue since Xmas day, we should be entitled to refunds
This has been going on for over 2 months now. I have tried logging in and out, restarting the console but nothing works😡
