Re: Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible in Arizona, Texas, and Mexico

Platform: PS5 (no disc)
When and where is the game crashing? Ordered early and bought EA Play. Since release I can’t login or play. I check daily throughout the day and still nothing. Can’t connect to ultimate team. Sometimes it just stays stuck on the green screen. I’ve had a few times where I finally get into ultimate team but nothing loads and then it kicks me out.
Any error message: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu”

No worries, thanks for trying to help. I see a lot of people are going through the same issue. Especially out here in Arizona.

Good to know that there’s others. It sucks when you pay for the ultimate edition for early access and then pay for ea play for early access and then we can’t even play. Missing out on all the early access tournaments and objectives. Would be cool for compensation or at least an update.

Theres a huge thread already if you go to most viewed its in the top 3 there "Cannot connect to ultimate team"
