Re: Connection Issue During RTTF Live Event Matches

Hey everyone/EA Community Managers,

I am experiencing a frustrating bug in Ultimate Team. Every time I try to play the RTTF game mode, I get instantly disconnected the second the match kicks off.

The Details:

The Issue: Instant disconnect right at kickoff.

The Result: It automatically counts as a loss and gives me a DNF penalty modifier. I've lost my last two RTTF games strictly because of this. 

Context: My internet connection is perfectly fine. I do not have this issue in any other Ultimate Team modes, it is completely isolated to this specific event. (I have also experienced this exact same bug during a few past events).

Platform: PS5

I tried to report this through the EA Help website, but the NextStep support bot crashed and gave me an error screen, so I am posting here. Because it's isolated to one mode, this feels like a server-side issue or a bug with the squad requirements processing.

I have attached a picture of the DNF screen I receive immediately after being kicked.

Is anyone else experiencing this right now, or can a Community Manager flag this for the dev team to look at my account?
