Close all background apps, change ur resolution to bordless, put vsync on, fps rate to 60 this helped me

appreciate you trying to help but ive tried all this it doesnt work, pretty sure its a problem on ea's side when the game closes I see a brief 'connection lost' message on the ea app even though i have a stable connection
