Same thing since yesterday, I saw other posts on this forum, from different platforms and regions, support is not responding, so the problem is wide, but not yet resolved

I'm having the exact same issue, I've done everything possible to attempt to fix it, but nothing has worked. It's not happening to everyone but the unlucky few. My friend that lives in the same town as me and has the same ISP and is on pc is having no issues, I attempted to use his account on my pc, and it did the same thing. It seems to be out of our control, all we can do is hope EA can acknowledge the issue and fix it quickly. If you have any luck let me know.
Here’s everything I’ve already tried not in order:
- Full Windows reset multiple times
- Reinstalled EA FC 26 and EA App
- Deleted reinstalled repaired EasyAntiCheat
- Checked firewall settings and allowed the game through
- Updated NVIDIA Drivers
- Tried different network connections (Wi-Fi, hotspot, VPN)
- Used different EA accounts (my account and a friend’s)
- Hard reset network
- Disabled 2FA
- Deleted ethernet drivers and reinstalled the version listed on ASUS website
- Downloaded EA app and EA FC 26 on different drive
- Ensuring TPM and secure boot enabled
- Clearing cache on EA app
- Ran CMD network troubleshoot
- Changed DNS
You can attempt some of these and hopefully they work for you, but I unfortunately had no luck.

Thanks for trying the usual network steps already.
The next thing to try is a full local reset for FC 26 and the EA App, along with a graphics reset:
- Close FC 26, the EA App, and Steam ( based on your platform)
- Delete this folder: %localappdata%\EA SPORTS FC 26
- Repair or reinstall both FC 26 and the EA App.
- Start the game again with graphics set to Auto, not forced to Low.
- Set Crowd Quality to Medium and restart the game.
- If you launch through Steam, open the EA App first before starting FC 26.
One more test you can try:
Temporarily disable Windows Defender Firewall in Advanced Security and check if the 5-minute logout still happens. Turn it back on right after the test. - kfirz1k1 month agoSeasoned Newcomer

An EA Supporter told me its a common bug, so we can't do anything against it... We can just wait and hope.

None those troubleshoot steps work. We have exhausted every “fix” and nothing has worked.

I've tried all of that, but it still does not work, same issue after 5 minutes.

Same issue here. Also broke my pc attempting to fix this for approximately 6-8 hours in total now. The game is quite literally unplayable for longer than 5 minutes at a time and then after that 10 seconds at a time.

EA_Pulsar Surely this is getting to the point where somethings going to be done about it? I've seen multiple EA Staff across many posts give out steps to follow to attempt to fix the issue but none of these steps have worked for anyone. Can't you guys at EA clearly see that it's an issue on your end?

Having the same issue.
Did any of you guys recently reinstall Windows? - KoalaCuddlesFC1 month agoNew Traveler
EA_Pulsar any updates on this? UT keeps getting disconnected after 10 minutes into the mode.

Yes I did twice

Solution:
Hi guys after many days of trying every single possible troubleshoot and struggling with being disconnected from UT every 5 minutes i have found a fix.
I had Secure Boot disabled on my PC and i enabled it whilst also resetting the microsoft keys within my BIOS. Since then i restarted my pc and loaded up FC26 and it works perfectly again.
I hope my fix works for you as it worked for me. - LaPulga1O1 month agoNew Rookie
unfortunately that didnt fix it for me...

Hi Team,
Its seems in my environment i overcome the issue some how,
i game with laptop, so i try to use my integrated graphic card and look at the surprise, its not disconnected as long as 30 minutes,
so try to use your integrated gpu and see if it working for you.
next i see i have enough fps to run this game but why i bought a laptop with dGPU? so i downgrade the nvidia driver from 595.97 to 576.65 as per my asus laptop recommended driver regarding asus drivers website, and and game working fine for now,
ill update if ill have another problem.
let me know if it help to you guys.

Try a network reset on your pc. Before that, forget the wi-fi connection, disable and unplug LAN cable, then
Settings -> Network & Internet -> Advanced network settings -> Network reset -> Reset now. Let pc restart on its own.

Thanks for sticking with all the standard troubleshooting steps so far. After looking through similar FC 26 PC threads, there are still a few extra things worth trying. The main one is a deeper local cleanup, not just the usual cache clear.
Please try the following:
- Uninstall FC 26 and the EA app
- Delete these folders:
- %localappdata%\EA SPORTS FC 26
- %localappdata%\EADesktop
- %appdata%\EA
- %appdata%\Electronic Arts
- Restart your PC
- Reinstall the EA app and FC 26
- Run Repair/Verify once before launching the game
- Run a clean boot
For the first test after reinstalling, leave the graphics settings on Auto. Please do not force Low or make any other graphics changes yet.
One other forum workaround some players reported is to set Cross-play OFF, enter an online mode, then turn it back ON before starting a match. As a diagnostic only, please also try one session with all overlays turned off and the game run as Administrator.
