Re: Division rivals ping and matchmaking issue

I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing consistent and frustrating input delay when playing online matches in FC 26. Even though my in-game ping is usually below 40 ms, there’s a noticeable delay between my controller inputs and the actions that occur on screen. This makes the gameplay feel unresponsive — for example, passes, shots, and player switching often register late, and my players feel sluggish compared to my opponents, even in matches with supposedly good connection indicators.
I’ve already done quite a bit of troubleshooting on my end to make sure the issue isn’t related to my setup. I’m using a stable wired Ethernet connection, and my internet speed and latency are excellent in other online games, where I experience no lag or delay at all. I’ve tried restarting my router, closing background applications, changing DNS servers, and even reinstalling the game, but the issue persists specifically in FC 26 online modes (including Ultimate Team and Online Seasons). Offline modes, on the other hand, run perfectly smoothly with no delay whatsoever.
It’s really disappointing because it affects the fairness and enjoyment of competitive matches. I’d appreciate it if you could investigate this issue further on your side — whether it’s related to the matchmaking servers, data centers, or synchronization between inputs and gameplay. If possible, could you please review my connection logs or provide any advanced troubleshooting steps beyond the usual ones?
