I don't think they give a st. It's just that they have gay and autistic employees under their inclusion program, so they can't even set up the game.
REFUND : This type of things make this company fail every year , in patch notes they mention the importance of feeedback from the community regarding bugs and erros.... but we cant even log in to the game !!!!! . Hopefully you give a type of solution in forms of refund of reward for the inconvenience when paying and not adquiring what you paid for. This almost looks like a scam beware of EA.
