Re: Game crashes when I try to connect to online services

when I open up fc26 I do the normal. I sign in, I click lets play, I don't press anything so it automatically puts me into online mode then crashes. I don't even get to the loading screen it crashes once it gets past the going online part

I've tried to repair the game through the launcher.
I've reinstalled the game.
I've updated my drivers and windows.
I've reset my router.
I've checked system requirements and Im well within them.

I have had the game since September 2025. With 250+ Hours spent on the game, its ridiculous that the game no longer works.

your support system is awful. really hope you can offer a quick speedy solution for all the people including myself with this problem.

Thanks for taking the time to share the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

As crashing could be the result of multiple factors, it's hard to say what will or won't work, but here are some additional steps we can try:

Close potentially conflicting background apps

Disable any overlays

Run a clean boot for your PC

Clear the EA App's cache

Reinstall the EA App

Cap your frame rate or enable V-sync
