Hi EA, This is urgent. I tried to open FC26 today, but it says I don’t own the game. However, it’s still downloaded in my library, and when I check my profile, it shows that FC26 is one of my games. I just can’t open it unless I purchase it again. I’m not sure how it got removed, I was playing it yesterday with no issues until the latest update.
I was playing at 6pm, then at 9pm game missing from library, instantly removed of my pc. How did you remove the game from my pc and from my library? hours pass by and no one anwers? No compensations? Nothing? smells like abuse of my personal pc. Should i call a lawyer?

I have buy fc 26 from third party cd keys and radeem code on ea app for 1 week was perfect but today i try play game and getting error ownership is disable or deleted i dont know what to do the game is not anymore in my library try restart pc and app ea log out and login again clear cache on app reinstall ea app nothing helps!!!!!

Hello, I logged in to EA app today and it seems that I cant find my EA SPORTS FC 26 game. It is missing and telling me to buy new one like I never owned one. To acquire FC 26 I used keys. And now the game is gone and it seems that it was revoked by someone or automatically. To describe it shortly - I bought EA FC 26 through keys. Logged on today - the game is missing. Looks like someone revoked it. Has anyone experienced something like this?

I bought the game, redeemed the code played it for like 35 hours in 3-4 weeks and now, it does not appear in my library anymore. If I try to open it from my desktop because the app icon is still on my screen it says game ownership is disabled or deleted.
I had already played for 40 hours until yesterday when I closed the game, it wouldn't load, I closed the app, and reopened it, and the game disappeared from the library. Can anyone help me?
Im having the same problem with it, game just disappeared from library, i tried to launch it directly from pc then got message the game ownership disabled or deleted
No gmail massage from ea why they deleted the game, then checked the penalty history, but no i didn't do anything. Only option is to wait for ea reply i suppose
I tried using the same method and exactly the same result you are getting. I am waiting for someone from EA to reply.
