There is a live chat option in the help section on EA, select 'Contact Us' and then fill in the issue with the problem being 'Issue With Purchase' or something like that and there should be an option for live chat depending on your region, you can probably use a VPN if you don't have the option 

im in italy and there is no live chat, where did you buy the key? Thy told you that is a server erro? its a ther problem?
