Contacted to the eneba that key doesn't work anymore, they asked few questions about it, then 4-5 hours later got refund

    Is your ultimate team still accessible? I also had the issue of "Your account doesnt appear to have a Football Ultimate Team Club associated with it"

    No, my team in the companion app is gone, they probably deleted my team also :(

    how did you get refund ? i created a ticket and recived a email which says they are going to look my problem, and then avaliate if im getting a refund.

    basicamente temos que esperar para eles nos dizerem se vamos receber reembolso ou nao ? é eu nao percebo como é que ha malta a dizer que ja recebeu o reembolso
