Re: Missing pre order rewards

I preordered the game on 1/08/25 so I was well within the time limit so on Friday I contacted ea live chat and got promised (I have proof) that I woukd receive it by Saturday 6pm uk time low and behold i dont receive it so I contact them again on Saturday and get told to wait 24hrs.

so i wait the 24hrs and still do not receive the icon pack then today I get told to put a discussion on here for a community manager to see Im starting to give up
