I pre-ordered EA Sports FC 26 on September 23, but I did not receive the ICON Pick bonus with my Ultimate Edition. This was one of the main reasons I chose to pre-order, and I expect to receive all the advertised content included with the Ultimate Edition.

Please check my account and provide the missing bonus as soon as possible.
