Re: Missing pre order rewards

For the ones who pre ordered the standard edition game before 26/8 and then after that the upgrade the standard edition to ultimate edition they deserve to take the pre order pack all the players who did that should take it. 
we pre ordered it before 26/8 just to take the pack why is the upgrade didn’t give us the pack!!
