Re: No game modes to select from the main menu - Only News/Upgrade screen

Pre ordered the game. Played the game on xbox 1S for multiple hours. When I wanted to log back in, I completely lost access to the game. It gives me the menu of 3 options, I preordered the game over the weekend. 

Companion app says features are unavailable. Cant do SBC, Cant open packs in store, cant redeem my rewards. Cant REACH MY RIVALS rewards. Please fix this issue. I just want feedback, that is all! 

Been playing and preordering the game for the last 6 years, this is how you repay loyal costumers? This will never happen to a public figure who is streaming.
