Rivals, Live events - controller not working 

Rush, Squad battles - working.

I paid for pre order, also for EA play to play game as soon as possible and build my Ultimate team. Now I cannot play Online matches  for 3rd day. I cannot rank up in rivals divisions, I cannot get points for weekend league, I cannot get rewards from objectives connected to Online plays... That is getting me into huge disadvantage compared to other players. I really want to know when EA will fix it and what will be the compensation ???
