Re: PC Crashes When Starting a New Match

• Platform: PC - EA App (EA Play pro)
• When and where is the game crashing? It happens during all of the modes/everything even if I stay in the home screen. I'll be in the club section - it freezes and crashes my pc, no error message, pc completely unresponsive, requires a hard reboot. I'll be in the transfer market - same thing, try to play a match, I've only tried rivals and squad battles - same thing happens. 
• Any error message: No error message given as it's a hard freeze, like my pc has just stopped working entirely and I have to hard restart it.

PC specs: 

Windows 11 pro, Version 23H2

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X

RAM: 32.0Gb DDR5

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super
