Re: Persistent FPS degradation after halftime – still unresolved after updates (PC)

Hello EA Help Team,

I am experiencing severe performance issues in EA FC 26 since the game launched.

As soon as I start the game and enter a match, my FPS drops to around 10 and the game becomes unplayable. The menu works normally, but once gameplay starts there is constant stuttering and heavy lag, making it impossible to play matches.

This has been happening since release and was not an issue in previous EA FC titles. I have not changed any hardware or system settings, and my system meets the game’s requirements.

Platform: PC

Game Mode: Online and Offline (both affected)

Issue occurs: Every match

I have already tried restarting the game/system, lowering graphics settings, and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a fix or patch planned, because at the moment the game is unplayable.
