Re: Still haven't gotten Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition

Still not received the season pass for season 1 despite getting the iltimate edition on preorder on August 8th 2025. Have raised multiple cases with EA and no resolution. We paid extra for this and EA are not providing the product they promised. Can I please get a resolution to this, otherwise I will have to make a formal complaint in relation to providing a product not as described. This is not the way to treat a consumer and yes I have tried all the workarounds that EA have stated which are clearly not workarounds.
