Hey Rauloren​ have you checked the rewards tab on the PSN store to claim the pack?

It's not delivered automatically so you need to claim it in order to receive it.

Hi Darko, i have been charged twice for my ea play subscription, also, there is no rewards tab on the psn store to claim anything

Billing on the PSN is handled by Sony Rauloren​ so you will need to speak with them about any issues with billing.

If you check the PSN store you should see the ability to claim any additional items received as part of a membership.

i cant see an option to claim it in the ps store

the rewards tab inside the psn store literally doesnt exist, more people are having this issue, dont make up stuff. 

Hi, there! I'm having the same issue, i have a subscription and still didn't get the pack from ea play or the draft token

I've had the same issue, only play I see it is in the news but and it just says play game nothing else

I don’t have take the free supercharged pack and I have do all steps to take it

Could you please let me know which platform you’re playing on? We are aware of an issue where the EA Play Supercharge pack is not available in-game. Impacted players will be messaged in-game in the coming days.

I havent recieved my supercharged pack either I'm on ps5, I've rebooted the game like 4 times n still haven't received anything 

I play in ps5 and I can’t take the pack and I have and ps plus and ea membership 

I dont get the supercharge pack (i have ea play )

Has anyone who never initially got the pack actually been given it yet? 
I have provided all kinds of proof to someone from EAhelp and their only response was to refer to this forum. USELESS.

I have been trying to get this pack for ages reset and reset on Xbox and still isn’t loading to my account

I can't find it or see it on add on, it's not in game or on my ea play account. I've even been charged to re subscribe and my original payment. Any one can assist be very grateful. Thanks.

I’ve had the same issue on PS5 and no one seems to have gotten it.
