Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

The season pass bar has disappeared weeks ago from the main screen on UT on Xbox & the hub says it’s temporary locked. Can’t access it from the phone app or pc as they are both locked

ive tried every method possible to resolve this but nothing works & I have lost 1000’s of xp points & rewards. I believe this is a back end issue that only EA can resolve on my account but after many attempts the help desk won’t resolve it for me

anyone else had this issue?
