Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

Hey, my season pass hasn’t worked on the Xbox for over a month. Same issue as everyone on here. U had a fix by using the companion app to claim my progress but from yesterday this isn’t possible anymore. Very frustrating as I’ve just paid for the paid season pass as been spending a lot of time on the game. I’ve tried everything that the forum has suggested but still not playing ball.

any help or refunds would be appreciated.

I also had same problem as yours, but it's solved by turned off 2FA in EA account setting.
you will be able to access SP again but whenever you try to login into web companion, it will ask you to turn on 2FA again.
so you need to make sure to turn off 2FA again before you started to play FUT to gain SP point or it won't count toward to your progress.
its bug has been there several months but the devs here aren't doing anything to fix.
they only care about money but won't fix any bugs. sigh
