Serious issues in gameplay

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to formally complain about the online gameplay issues I have been experiencing for years now. I contact you almost every year regarding the same problems, and unfortunately I feel completely ignored.

I originally had these issues on PS4, and now I am playing on a PS5 with a brand-new TV and a strong, stable internet connection. Despite upgrading all my equipment, the game is still in a terrible state online. It is simply unplayable.

Players do not react properly:

• They let the ball pass right in front of them
• They do not make attacking runs
• They do not mark opponents
• They do not run at normal speed

For example, I go one-on-one with Vinícius Jr., and a defender who is at least 30 meters behind — and clearly slower — still manages to catch up to me. This is ridiculous.

Dribbling is ineffective, while opponents just run straight and easily get past my players. The situation has become extremely frustrating.

I have tried absolutely everything on my end: in-game settings, different connections, troubleshooting steps, and I have even contacted my internet service provider. The problem is not my setup — the problem is your game.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that friends of mine play the game normally with worse equipment and slower internet connections than mine, without facing these issues.

Please take this matter seriously and do something about it. This is not the experience expected from a game of this level.
