Transfer market ban

I got wrongfully banned from transfer market. EA won't help.

After a minute of my complain they responded:

"After carefully reviewing your appeal, we have again confirmed that the penalty on your account was applied correctly and should remain in place."

Help me this is a bad situation

    I'm sorry, you're on the community boards. We aren't able to help with bans here.

    It sounds like our Terms of Service team has taken a look into a ban or suspension for you and confirmed the ban is remaining in place. 

    If you believe there was a mix-up, you can create a new appeal for a second review. You can do this using the same steps as before. I'd recommend reading our EA Help guide too on bans, as it includes some advice on filling out the web form to appeal it that may help.

  • Your terms of service team is wrong and doesn't know what they are doing. It is clear there is no help from ea after so many hours trying to fix this problem. After playing this game for over 10 years I cannot believe this is happening to me. Buying the ultimate edition and buying fifa points rewards me with a wrongfully placed ban. Unbelievable 

  • Still nothing after all this time. No explanation. No help. What is this ea? Is anybody else having the same problem or is it just me?
