Re: Input delay and game lagging(after the first half) PC

I bought the game yesterday (not my first FC game on PC) and whenever I get in a game, the players move in slow motion (although the crowd and other animations seem to run at perfect FPS). It doesn't feel like fps drops as the fps is good, but the players move in slow-motion and it makes the game very unplayable. I managed to fix it by capping my FPS at 30 in the game settings, but this is not acceptable. For the record, it's not a hardware issue because my PC specs are well above the minimum and recommended for this game, in all areas.

I bit the bullet and played with 30 FPS but whenever I go in a multiplayer game, whether it's with a friend or a random opponent, there is severe input lag, like 3-5 seconds of delay. The FPS is "okay" as in it's not moving in slow motion (but only because it's capped at 30 FPS, if I make it higher, the slow motion returns, this time with input delay with it).

I updated my drivers, lowered my graphical settings to low, tweaked the NVIDIA settings, and many things that I saw people suggest online from about 5-6 months ago. Still nothing.

The game is unplayable and I hope there is a fix for this. I searched online and saw that a lot of people have had the same problems when the game first came out and after a few patches, and I saw some more complains a few days ago on the forums here.

Hope it gets fixed or a solution is found. I have tried everything.
