something happened with my 99 barcola

hi ea i am so frustrated that i lost my packed 99 barcola i think its unaccapteable, he was tradable but i wanted to try him first so i put playstyles on him, then i removed the playstyles on the webapp and he completely desappeard, he wasn`t even in the unassigned items please tell me i can get him back it would really make my day, thanks
