Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

This has been going on for over 2 months now. I have tried logging in and out, restarting the console but nothing works😡

It's so irritating I've had the issue since Xmas day, we should be entitled to refunds 

Hi LutendoHD7​ & ospreys200​, I'm sorry to hear you're affected by this. I've now merged you into the mega thread for this issue. Using the Companion App to access the Season Pass has helped some players, or waiting 30 minutes if playing on multiple console generations. Please see the marked post for more info.

If you have the time, you can also still help with our investigation. 

Same issue for me , used to just redeem rewards on the companion app which wasn’t ideal but still worked. Now neither work- frustrating as I just brought the paid season pass for this season as I’ve got way more time to play. Any help would be great!
