Re: Can't enter the ultimate team

For the past several days on my PS5, Ultimate Team has failed to progress past the initial loading screen showing the current promo player content and thus forces the user to hard close the game to get out of it. I've already looked up the common solutions and tried them (clearing the cache, restarting the router/modem, adjusting internet connection settings, deleting unnecessary setting files, full reinstall of the game, etc).
