Unable to access Clubs with one PSN account (PS5) – other accounts work

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing a specific issue with Clubs mode in EA FC 26.

I play on PS5 and, on the same console, other PSN accounts can access Clubs without any issues.

However, my PSN account always gets the error message “Unable to connect to EA servers” when trying to enter Clubs.

To rule out any network-related problems, I’ve already tested:

Wi-Fi connection
LAN (wired) connection
Mobile hotspot

The result is always the same.

Additional relevant details:

the console is not the issue (other accounts can access Clubs)
FUT works normally on my account
I have received no ban or suspension emails the issue affects only the Clubs mode

This seems to be an account-specific issue on EA’s side, possibly related to the Clubs profile or an account desynchronization.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Does this require a Clubs profile reset or direct intervention from EA Support?
