Re: connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment

I’ve pre-ordered the ultimate edition and purchased EA Play and am unable to connect to the servers no matter what I do. For context I am located in Fort Worth Tx and play on PS5. I’ve attempted to restart the game, restart the console, restart the router, uninstall and reinstall the game to no avail. It’s quite disappointing paying a premium to access a game I’ve been so excited for just to spend hours and hours frustrated on a loading screen. Even now that EA Play is not needed I spent more time this morning trying to connect and still the issue persists. Please let me know if anyone can help as at this point I’m out of ideas, thank you!
