Once again, you have not issued any announcement to apologize for the fact that we haven't been able to play the game for days - a game we have paid 70, 80, and 100 euros for - and you have taken absolutely no responsibility. But if it were Ultimate Club, where you make profits from the packs the user pays for, you would have resolved the issue within 2 hours at most. My congratulations, you are a very serious company.
