Delay and input lag EA FC 26 PC

I start a match and the game works correctly, but after 5 minutes the game starts having input lag and delay. I have been playing for 2 months and it never happened before untiel a few days ago. Is someone having the same problem or knows a solution? I play on PC. / Empiezo el partido y el juego funciona bien, pero despues de mas o menos 5 minutos empieza a haber input lag y delay. Vengo jugando hace 2 meses y no me había pasado nunca hasta hace unos días. A alguno tambien le esta pasando o tiene alguna solución? Juego en PC.
