Missing 99-rated Kevin De Bruyne Futties player

Hello, I had an untradeable 99-rated Futties Kevin De Bruyne and used him in several matches. After removing his evolution, he disappeared from my club.

I believe I got him from a 10x 85+ pack, a 98+ Player Pick, or possibly another pack, but I am not completely sure. EA Help could not find him in my pack history.

Could EA please check my club and match records and help recover the player? Thank you.
