Severe FPS drop at start of second half

During matches, the game runs normally in the first half at around 80-95 FPS.

At the start of the second half, FPS drops severely to 5-10 FPS and stays there, making the match unplayable.

This happens consistently in multiple matches, both online and offline.

The issue is not related to hardware, as performance is correct before halftime.

I have tried reinstalling the game, updating GPU drivers, verifying files, and changing display modes, with no success.

Playtime exceeded 2 hours only due to troubleshooting this technical issue.

System: Windows 11, Intel i7 11th Gen, RTX 3050.
