Ik krijg de melding 'unable to connect to EA servers'. Ik heb een verbindingssnelheid (bekabeld) van 800mbps maar er staat 100% pakketverlies. Ik heb nu alle filmpjes bekeken wat te doen bij 100% pakketverlies, maar geen van de oplossingen heeft mij zo ver geholpen. Wie weet wat te doen?

2. Restart your network
- Power cycle router and modem (unplug for 30 seconds, then plug back in).
- Fully shut down Xbox (hold power button for 10 seconds) and restart.
3. Check NAT type

- NAT should be “Open” or “Moderate”.
- If it shows “Strict”: enable UPnP in your router or forward the EA/Xbox ports manually.

- Try connecting via mobile hotspot or different Wi-Fi.
- If this works, the issue is with your router/ISP.
6. Clear Xbox cache
- Hold the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down.
- Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, then restart.
7. Last step: contact your ISP
- Ask if traffic to EA servers is being blocked or filtered.
