Erro no EA FC 26 – Desconexão injusta em torneio Early Access Elimination

Boa tarde,

Gostaria de reportar um erro que me aconteceu durante o torneio Early Access Elimination no EA FC 26. Estava a disputar a fase final e, após marcar o 4-0, o meu adversário colocou o jogo em pausa e saiu da partida.

No entanto, logo a seguir fui desconectado e acabei por perder a oportunidade de disputar a final, o que considero bastante injusto. Passei várias horas a tentar completar todos os objetivos do evento e agora fiquei com menos oportunidades de o conseguir, devido a uma desconexão que ocorreu apenas porque o adversário saiu do jogo.

Posto isto, será muito difícil completar o evento novamente, quando tinha finalmente a oportunidade de cumprir todos os objetivos.

Peço que este problema seja revisto, pois prejudica diretamente os jogadores que estão a participar de forma legítima.

EA FC 26 Bug – Unfair disconnection in Early Access Elimination tournament

Hello,

I would like to report an error that happened to me during the Early Access Elimination tournament in EA FC 26. I was playing in the final stage and, after scoring the 4-0, my opponent paused the game and quit.

Right after that, I got disconnected and lost the chance to play the final, which is really unfair. I’ve spent several hours trying to complete all the event objectives, and now I’m left with fewer opportunities to achieve them, all because of a disconnection that happened only when my opponent quit the match.

Because of this, it will now be very difficult to complete the event again, when I finally had the chance to achieve all the objectives.

I’ve attached the video as proof of what happened.
I hope this issue can be reviewed, as it directly penalizes legitimate players.
